HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The Staff on all my visits were courteous and friendly and guided me thru the process. One day for impressions, one day for the initial fitting and one adjustment a couple weeks later. Pricing was WAY better than other places too. I was so please that my sister-in-law had her upper denture and a partial done thru them. There is no doubt in my mind that they have the process streamlined to perfection.

I went there to get my dentures for the first time. I only get upset a little once.. when I had to come back at 1:00 pm To retrieve my dentures. Because I got here at 8:00 a.m. and they was finished with me at 11:00 am. Then they told me I can have 20 minutes to go outside and then they turn around and told me to come back around 1:00 pm. And that's what kind of made me upset because I was with transportation and if I went home it was not going to bring me back so I had to stay. But all in all anyway that was my fault. Normally I do have food with me but that was one time I did not 🚫 have anything to snack on. First time and first mistake.

We had a good overall experience here. My husband had all of his top teeth pulled and got immediate dentures. We actually drove 5 hours because we had family members who came here before and had a positive experience, and the pricing is much more affordable compared to other places. A big tip: get there EARLY. We arrived 30 minutes before they opened and were still toward the end of the line. I’d recommend getting there even earlier if you can. Also, be prepared to be there most of the day. They do offer sedation, and looking back, my husband definitely recommends choosing that option. He decided not to, and he regretted it. Right after the procedure, he actually passed out, and he feels like sedation might have helped prevent that. His biggest complaint is that they don’t prescribe pain medication afterward. He’s been struggling with pain, and otc meds like Tylenol and ibuprofen haven’t been enough for him. That said, he really loves his dentures, and for the price, he says it was worth it. We had read some reviews saying the staff was rude, but that was not our experience at all.. everyone we interacted with was very friendly and kind. Overall, we would recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a more affordable option.. just go in prepared and consider sedation.

I took my daughter there yesterday for teeth extractions and a partial and shout out to Taylor for a very professional, kindness, amazing hospitality, and following thru the entire journey. The staff there was very professional and kind. Thank you guys for the amazing journey and new chapter in my daughter's life. YOU GUYS ROCK
