Lori Taylor TynchOnly thing I don't like is being charged a separate price for every single item because I use a debit or credit card. Why not just use a minimal fee for the total order. All the single prices on every item really sucks. I've been a loyal customer since 2009 but I've decided I won't be back because eating lunch there 5 days a week with my daughter after her treatments is costing me more in fees than what the food is after totaling it up week after week. I see loyalty means nothing to this business owner. They have plenty of customers daily that probably haven't noticed this yet. I finally noticed this Wednesday when we ordered more because we were otw to MUSC in Charleston for a different treatment for 3 days. We used the drive in and noticed the new menu with prices for every item listed with a cash and card price. We wanted some great food before being gone so long from our favorite lunch time hangout. That was out last time giving them extra money for every item we purchase because I don't carry cash. Really how many people carry cash these days?? Y'all are a making a huge profit off of your customers and it isn't fair. To top it off our burgers were all wrong. Had to send them back and y'all had the audacity to put the missing items in a hotdog tray for us to assemble ourselves?? What about no ketchup on the 1 burger and it was still covered in ketchup. No mayo and no tomato was sent. The other 1 had mustard...how gross. We ordered the same burger but 1 had a sesame seed bun and the other had a regular bun...quite puzzling isn't it? So we wait and we wait again to be brought the wrong burger again. We just kept them cause we had to get going to Hollings cancer center. The Worst Food day ever at the Drive In also our last.
