Michael TrottI order from townhouse about once a week and and it’s the same unpolite service every time. I wish the customer service was 1/2 as good as the food. Every time I call and place an order they sound so unpleasant and rushed and even more so at the drive-through window. Tonight, I get to the drive-through and I ask for six Splenda with my tea. She doesn’t give me Splenda. I ask again and she gives me three splendid with an attitude. Maybe if the young lady at the window would take out her earbuds she could’ve heard me when I asked for six splenda and when I say thank you for preparing my food and taking my money a common courtesy gesture of you’re welcome come see us again would’ve nice. But I guess this is OK with the owners as he was standing almost at the drive-through window, observing our transaction. I wish there was more restaurants closer to the hospital where I can spend my money and feel appreciated for doing so.

Margaret CottinghamWe LOVE the food but our order is wrong about half the time. Tonight it was ordering a large bacon DOUBLE cheeseburger box with all fries and onion rings mixed and we received a large SINGLE patty bacon cheeseburger box with salad. My son was disappointed 😞. We have been customers for decades. Wish the orders were right more often. Delicious food.
