Steve GrossmanHistoric building which has kind of an old building smell but that's to be expected. The rooms however are tired and worn. The Mattress and Linens were very good and the bathroom was fine although a weird mix of old and new design. Great location, nice bar,restaurant and breakfast. Great service experience at check-in and at the bar; upon checkout not so much as I think I interrupted storytelling hour.

I would especially like to recognize Cashay Fleming, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you have any questions about the hotel, Cashay is definitely the person to ask!||As someone who travels for business every week, I have stayed at many hotels, and this one ranks among the very best. 287indiatMy fiancée and I just had driven for hours and we were soooo tired, we checked in at Hotel Florence and was greeted by a friendly face & voice. She was very nice and professional got us checked in, in no time. Explained everything within our stay and recommended there was a restaurant within the establishment which made things even better since we were tired and didn’t feel like driving anymore. I recommend this hotel as this was a 10/10 experience for us, please see Cashay Fleming as she made our experience Awesome! It’s hard sometimes to run into excellent customer service and professionalism but Hotel Florence made it happen for us! Again, Thank you

Dream32772731375Traveling for work is not always an easy task. However, Wendy at Hotel Florence my my stay extremely comfortable. She was very welcoming and accommodating from check-in and throughout my stay. I will definitely be booking at this Hilton property in the future and encourage others to check it out. ||KG
