Love cru. Absolutely love the place. I don't even know much about wine but when I ask them for suggestions and tell them what I like I always get a good suggestion that I enjoy. The food is incredible. I suggest the Tuscan monk pizza, it's a one of a kind. The atmosphere is intimate but still very friendly and local. The selection of local beers on draft is also really nice. I've met a number of the bartenders and they've all been great and the owner Bryan is cool. Also they have some local artists work on the wall and that's always cool to see any local businesses supporting local artists!

The Mrs. and I were shopping for outdoor dining tables which is hungry work so, we looked for somewhere to get a late lunch. I remembered we had tried Cru Tap and Wine prior to them having a food menu,so we headed downtown to check it out again. We were not disappointed. We ordered a merlot which wasn't in-stock, so Brian recommended a good Washington state vintage. We like Washington wines. They seem to have more of an earthy flavor than CA wines, but we are not experts. For lunch we ordered the B&C pizza. . It consisted of beef, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, cheese and balsamic glaze. Very good! This is an excellent spot. You should check it out.

Cru has an amazing atmosphere and great staff. Cameron and Tabitha are very friendly and make everything even better. The pizza is delicious. The wine choices rival anywhere in town. Make this a stop. Come for the pizza. Stay for the wine.

LOVE this place. There are only a few places in the area to sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine (or beer) in Florence. This place is unpretentious, yet classy and the pizzas are phenomenal
