SuzanneDelicious breakfast sandwich and good service. Visited during a weekend getaway and they were very busy. Told me they were backed up on food and made sure I didn’t mind waiting before charging me. Appreciated the courtesy. Lovely seating. Clean!! Would definitely visit again.

Nestled in the heart of downtown, this coffee shop is a true hidden gem. The space is beautiful, featuring exposed brick walls, airy windows with great street views, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The staff is exceptionally friendly, making the experience even better, and the coffee itself is fantastic—smooth, rich, and expertly crafted. Lulu's has that rare combination of great people, great coffee, and a great setting, making it a must-visit for anyone in the area. I was very pleasantly surprised to find such a warm and inviting coffee spot in downtown Florence. Highly recommend!

I was not having a good day when I came in and I thought I added cold foam to my order. when they brought the receipt I didnt add it and said okay I forgot so definitely my fault. but the cashier said, well you clearly wanted it so we can add it on there☺️ super friendly and very yummy food!

Sloane HerringGreat experience at this coffee shop! Went during lunchtime for a pick-me-up and there was no wait. Good food and coffee selections on the menu. Shop had a great atmosphere for studying, working, or just hanging out. There is wi-fi there as well. I got a salted caramel iced latte and the flavor was very good. I will definitely return here!
