MarkTwainElmiraThis is an older hotel so it shows the wear of many years. We travel with a small dog and I think dog owners get the worst rooms. Iat first glance I t appeared to be fine- it was neat and smelled okay. However, when we took showers and wiped up water from the floor the towel had black streaks on it. The floor felt sticky so we kept our shoes on all the time. This kind of dirt comes from not being really cleaned for a long time. But, rather wet mopped quickly with a dirty mop. The bathroom wall to the right of the vanity had lots of cob webs or dust from floor to ceiling. Not the most expensive place to stay but being clean people, we expect better. |Breakfast was fine and the bed soft, but comfortable.

R895ZAstevenwMy stay was very pleasant but short. I was passing through and left early in the AM. That said, I was not able to enjoy any of the amenities. The room was clean and the staff was polite and professional. the room rate was very reasonable.
