HaleyThe rooms were very clean for our stay, the housekeeping was the only good staff. When we checked in the lady at the front desk definitely had a mouth on her and was not patient or friendly. Our actual stay was great, the beds are clean and soft. When we got breakfast a lady came out of the kitchen and was rushing everyone to make their food. Breakfast closes at 10 and she was packing everything up at 9:45 including the waffle maker when people were in line.

Elizabeth PrinceDaniel is exceptional! Very professional, personable, helpful and thorough. He was meant to do this career. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air condition unit made noise. But not bad enough that I couldn't sleep. The walls are thin. Our King bedroom was next to an adjoining room. It was like the family next door was in our room. We could hear everything. We turned the TV on and up. That drowned out the noise. For one night stay, it was manageable due to Daniel! Customer Service is key! Thanks

Sue WolfJust a short distance off of the I ninety five exit. We made our reservation only minutes before arriving. Agent at the desk was very friendly and answered all my questions. Room was very spacious, comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, with a very big shower. The morning breakfast was your typical hot and cold breakfast. And was very good. Even the woman working the breakfast area stopped by our table and asked if everything was to our liking.

Jennifer AllenWe had to have a place to land after a very long day of traffic on I-95 N. Since another overnight stay in a hotel was an unexpected expense, we were relieved for a very reasonable rate. The value was excellent. Everything was clean, the staff were all very nice, and there was a very nice hot breakfast in the morning. Would mark this as a place to stay to break up a long trip again. Or to stay and explore Florence.
