Michael TrottI order from townhouse about once a week and and it’s the same unpolite service every time. I wish the customer service was 1/2 as good as the food. Every time I call and place an order they sound so unpleasant and rushed and even more so at the drive-through window. Tonight, I get to the drive-through and I ask for six Splenda with my tea. She doesn’t give me Splenda. I ask again and she gives me three splendid with an attitude. Maybe if the young lady at the window would take out her earbuds she could’ve heard me when I asked for six splenda and when I say thank you for preparing my food and taking my money a common courtesy gesture of you’re welcome come see us again would’ve nice. But I guess this is OK with the owners as he was standing almost at the drive-through window, observing our transaction. I wish there was more restaurants closer to the hospital where I can spend my money and feel appreciated for doing so.

Somer ColeTwo Grilled Pork Chops Dinner is Delicious! Sweet Southern Iced Tea is SOMERtime approved. The staff here is Always On Point! Ariel is always friendly at the counter and checks in on diners after order is received, going above and beyond. It's always a pleasure dining at this local favorite.
