Gianna MooreIf I could rate Freeman’s more stars I definitely would! I honestly can’t thank everyone here enough. When there was a mistake with my daughter’s birthday cake, they immediately went above and beyond by giving me the cake at no charge. That level of kindness and generosity truly meant more to me than they probably realize. Everyone was so understanding, compassionate, and professional. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled everything speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers. On top of that, the cake was absolutely delicious! It was so fresh, soft, and full of flavor, and everyone at the party loved it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for turning the situation into such a positive experience. You helped make my daughter Autumn’s birthday special, and I am incredibly grateful. I will absolutely continue recommending you to everyone I know.

DeVony WilliamsStore looks empty a lot. I've been 2 different times and no chocolate on chocolate cakes squares. Not this month (May )nor last month(April). Loved it when Mrs. Freeman was there
