Draft Review for Rebel Pie If you're looking for the best pizza in town, Rebel Pie is hands-down my favorite spot! 🍕🔥 There is just something about that wood-fired crust that hits differently, and they always have incredible daily specials that keep things fresh. Beyond the pizza, their salads are actually great too—which isn't always easy to find at a pizza joint! 🥗 I'm there almost every thursday! But what really makes Rebel Pie stand out is the people. The staff is always so friendly, and they are incredibly supportive of our local community, which makes me love supporting them even more. If you haven't been lately, do yourself a favor and go grab a pie. It’s a local gem through and through!

Love this spot! First time here created a pizza and had the pizza with clam but had shrimp instead cause they was put of clams and a chicken salad. Everything was great! Fresh ingredients make all the different plus fresh dough and homemade sauces! Get you a craft beer while you wait! Will be back!!!

4/5 - Solid pizza, the best Ive had in Florence. Pizzas are reasonably priced and oven-fired. We had the pepperoni and goat cheese pizza with caramelized onions. Both flavors were pretty good. The main downside was the floppiness of the pizza. Both pizzas collapsed with the weight of their toppings and it was a mess. Despite that though, the pizza was great and I would definitely come back here again to try more pies.

What can I say, this is one of my absolute favorite places. I swear that we eat there once a week. Our go to is the meat Quartet, pizza with the blackened shrimp, appetizer, and the meatball appetizer. We stepped out of our comfort zone and tried the Pizza of the month yesterday. It was very good, but I think that the Meat Quartet still holds a special spot in our heart. The staff is really fantastic. They are very gracious and welcoming. They also have a meeting room by the way, which is nice for bigger groups. We’ve had work Christmas parties there and really enjoyed ourselves.

The pizza was the typical oven fired pizza. It was good. The condiments fall off when picking up a slice. Not sure its worth the price. Other ppl love it. We can now say we tried it and move on. Some of the other dishes may be better. The pizza was average for the cost!
