Now that the engagement has happened… I can finally give Jillian a review. Let me just say, Jillian at Reeds in Florence is a fantastic person and jeweler. I met with her the first time and instantly had all my concerns and questions resolved and answered. I was able to show and tell Jillian exactly what I was envisioning for my now fiancé and she made it happen. She gave great advice and suggestions… found the perfect diamond and we picked out a design together. She was very communicative and helpful as well! Thoroughly enjoyed the process of finding and buying the engagement ring! Will be back to Reeds and specifically hoping to work with Jillian for all future purchases!

I shopped with Reeds in the Magnolia mall during the Christmas holiday. My salesperson was Dee Dee. She was such a delight. Her personality matched her performance as well. She explained everything to where I understood my purchase. I left the store feeling very pleased and happy. I would definitely buy again and most certainly let Dee Dee assist me in the future.

I love the design of my LABGROWN 1CTW I SI2 10KW 18 necklace. The customer service was fine. Additionally, I am extremely disappointed that I have not yet received my diamond certificate, diamond grading report, or diamond dossier for the diamond heart necklace.

I was grateful to hear REEDS Jewelers in Florence SC offers an in-house jeweler again. As I am always hesitant about shipping my jewelry off for repair. Keith did a fantastic job repairing both my wedding bands; after many years of wear, I needed diamonds replaced and prongs rebuilt. Keith, the jeweler, surpassed my expectations. Especially with the attention to detail he put towards ensuring my marquise band was repaired to perfection! If you’re in need of jewelry repair go see Kecia and Keith.

I was in the Magnolia Mall location in Florence SC. Savannah Paquette was my sales associate. She was very professional yet so sweet and considerate to my needs. She made me only want to see her, I just met her today, but I feel like I've known her for some time now. She took a very personal interest in me and my needs and it meant a lot to me.
