Jazz is an absolute amazing groomer her concern is for my Charlie Bear an adorable yorkie poo that has no problem showing his displeasure for getting his hairs did We asked Jazz to do her best she did more than that she takes time with Charlie Bear makes sure he is as comfortable as possible his experience is more important than some fancy hair do Jazz does excellent on the fancy hair do part her gentleness is the most important. Jazz has b the best in Florence worth every penny and tip her well

LUPITA STEVENS makes this place so wonderful and pleasant . She is an excellent employee who guided my husband and I through some spray for our dogs . As one of them had coat issues and was loosing hair.This young lady has potential for Management. This product works !!!

I went to get my daughter a Pet Hamster and the cashier was so helpful and patient! I purchased a new cage and she recommended that I use my app to save $10 on my purchase! Also the gentleman that helped me decide on which hamster was best suited for us, was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of great information!!
