They staff was helpful and the store was very clean. There was three staff members on duty and they were very attentive. One was able to not only measure me for bras but explained to the difference between the fits, cups and support.

I would just like to say the Gentleman named Brandon that is at Lane Bryant in Florence Store is awesome. He gave me the HER experience today. When I came in he was the only person to greet me. There was another lady in there but she was on her phone and I asked her for help and she blew me off but he didn’t. I was having a really rough day and just wanted to treat myself to some new items for my closet and he took the time to ask me what was going on and picked out some really cute outfits that I never would have thought went together but when I tired them on wow they looked amazing! I just want to say he should be on your instagram page or something because he is awesome the outfits he had on was 10 out of 10 plus now I feel like I’m a 10/10. Have an amazing Valentines Brandon and I hope you get that store management position because you’re killing it!

I have been coming to this store for a long time. Today I took my daughter for a 2nd time. We were greeted when we entered. A young lady named Bre was so very helpful and pleasant. She went above and beyond to make sure not only did we receive the help we needed but that we were informed and respected. It's not often you find that kind of customer service.
