I was standing at the register with my phone in my hand because I only had a question. There was a woman in front of me checking out. There was the cashier and then another young lady (who was complaining about how she was already supposed to be gone). No one greeted me or offered to help me. A customer walked up to the sell counter and the other associate immediately went to help her. I continued to wait for the cashier to finish. Once finished, she answered my question and then I also asked about swimsuits. She said she didn't think they had been put out. We went to just look for athletic shorts, but actually found swim trunks. When I went to check out, the young lady did not respond when I said hello. She asked if I wanted to purchase a shopping bag for a dollar, but did not ask me if I had Plato's rewards. She looked put out when I told her I should have coupons. This was only the second time that I have not gotten the best customer service. I understand having a bad day, which is why we continue to go back.. Again, not my best experience. The ladies there just appear to not like their jobs. And this having to buy a reusable bag that I now have to keep up with seems a little ridiculous. I understand bags are expensive, but it's part of the service I pay for. Then, if a customer has to go to the bathroom, they are directed to Target. What kind of service is that? Now I have to stop my shopping, put down my items, get in my car, drive to Target, go inside and then reverse the process. If that's the case, I would just leave everything there. Thankfully, I didn't have an emergency. Guess it's good that I don't shop there frequently.
