April DrakeLove it here! Super nice and clean. There is a coffee shop called lunas that is a 2 minute walk. There is also an ice cream place, a couple restaurants and a nice park that are walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the pool is nice. My 3 kids and I were the only people at the pool all day so they could be as crazy as they wanted. They also had a cubby with towels by the pool so you dont have to use the ones in your room. There is a bar that has food and they make some Starbucks drinks. Breakfast was nice and very organized. I am always scared to book hotels because sometimes they do not match the pictures but this one exceeded my expectations. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Traveler541061The hotel was clean and staff was excellent and friendly. I was able to check out at 2pm as requested. I had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. They honored my request for a late checkout at 2:00 PM, which I really appreciated. I also requested a microwave for my room, and it was delivered almost immediately. The excellent customer service made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

cbmccurtyGreat stay at Hyatt in Florence. I stay here every few months while visiting family and have for years. While the hotel rooms could use some revamping, overall everything is typically very clean and comfortable. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Check is a breeze and I love they have breakfast in the mornings. Super helpful when traveling with my young daughter.
