Malanie DarbyThe property is nice and in a great location, however; I must note that there is very little water pressure. Also, I was charged for parking although my reservation confirmation clearly stated free parking! With that being said, I chose the rating O did solely because of the AMAZING guest service provided by the front desk attendant Joshua who was on for the night! In addition to taking the time to provide info and additional tips on the Bonvoy App and how to best use it to my benefit he went above and beyond to assist us with our every need on this stay. In saying “every need”, I mean just that! We had several issues arise that he was very willing to help remedy in which we were beyond grateful for. I was very surprised to learn that he has only been in the hospitality field for 3 short months! He is truly one in a million and it is very apparent he takes pride in doing his job to the best of his ability!

SALT PEPPERMy husband and I had a reservation to check in Friday. We were running late when we arrived at the hotel The front desk associate Joshua assured us that it was fine that we were running late and that it was no problem. When checking in, Joshua asked for our membership and asked if we needed a late checkout since we were arriving late I found that very helpful and sweet of him. He was very friendly professional seem like he was happy to be there. greeted us when we walked in very polite and chatty assure that we had everything we needed Great hotel with nice cold room of course, Room could use an update. Bed was comfortable and clean. Good, hot water shower was great Checking out Saturday morning the front desk associate just wasn’t very sociable seem like she didn’t want to be there and was paying more attention to her phone than giving me my receipt so I just walked out and left other than that enjoyed our stay and will be back soon

Mark HeckThe room was a room. Not updated. Bathroom was adequate. Beds were comfortable. Nothing popped. They were dated, mostly clean and provided a place to sleep. The first room we were in stank of BO and had some kind of AC issue. We were promptly moved to a new room without issue. Service was adequate. Front desk clerks were friendly. Staff was receptive when talked to. Location was great. Right off interstate. Plenty to do around. Food, shopping and stuff. Although not good for the true downtown experience of Florence. Overall, if you need a place to stay for the night. This is your place.

Xtal BenoitClean, BUT , over charged me, told me the total was 138, charged me 168, and tried to add a 20 dollar charge for who the hell knows what. Luckily my bank didnt approve their scam charge of 20$. But to tell me 138 is my total and then my bank statement shows 30$ more is wild. Pay cash yall. Fire dept was there as I was leaving doing an inspection, they did have a few violations.

Fatima SequeiraThis Marriot has phenomenal staff; up and down the chain. They are freliendly, professional, and they look happy to be there, which is hard to pull off. They want out of their way to make my kids feel special. They looked at our marriott preference sheet and added the extras, and accommodated a late checkout. This all make this stop over very relaxing and recharging. Thank you for having us at your hotel.

Ruth KrzykWe have stayed at this exit many times, at another Marriott property, picking which ever one was least expensive. We were surprised when Courtyard came up as the least cost on this trip and we're pleased that we would finally stay there. When we walked from the lobby to the elevator, you could smell machine oil or some other equally non pleasant smell. The elevator doors and buttons were finicky, not always reacting when pressed. The smell continued on the second floor, where our room was. When entering the room, carpet and other items in the bedroom seemed more updated but the bathroom, while clean, was dated. There seemed. Our biggest issue was the dampness. The carpet was slightly wet underfoot. The whole room felt humid with the air at 70 degrees. After leaving and driving to our next destination, I realized the clothes smelled, even the clean clothes that were left in the suitcase overnight. Our next trip will be spent at one of the other marriott properties.
