Ted SaadTruthfully, 4 stars is more than the experience deserves. That being said, it was good enough that I believe it is a 4 star location, but I got the impression they were very short staffed. So I adjusted my score having that in mind. If they aren't short staffed, I would rate it ** Food *** Service ** Atmosphere ** The server was very sweet, patient and kind. However we only saw her 4 or 5 times the whole meal. It took over 50 minutes to get our food. One meal, the chicken, was not hot at all. The flavor was amazing on everything we ate. The food was delicious! The restaurant itself was dirty. Food and debris on the floor. Several tables in the bar were not cleared and left empty despite there being a wait. The bathroom was dirty. Based on everything I observed, I'm pretty sure they were short staffed. Wait time to be seated with open, uncleared tables. Dirty floors and dirty floors with sweet but inattentive server. Long wait for delicious, but cold food. And when they brought drink refills, they were in plastic cups, which likely means no one to wash dirty dishes. Again, I'm judging the visit based on my assumption and hopefully I'm correct. If not, I could not recommend this location.
