Five stars are actually not enough. Food was good but service was amazing! These people want to be here and you can tell. I had the grilled shrimp with my entree and requested cocktail sauce. The lady said they didn't but she would make me some so I said sure. Can I just say it was DELICIOUS, better than any bottled sauce I've had. I saw several different interaction with other servers and guest and have to say how impressed I was. One had a rather difficult guest and she handled it with grace. Management should be very proud! Wish I had names but actually everyone i encountered was great!

Friendly place very busy. I was not happy with my chicken breast very very dry and small. The server noticed how small it was and offered to bring another one which was juicy and larger. I need the kitchen to pay better attention to what’s coming out. Overall the food was ok.

My husband and I have been to a lot of different Texas Roadhouse restaurants all over United States .We have been to the one in Florence SC quite a few times since it has opened. I have to say the quality of the food has not been up to par the last couple times we have been in last 2 months. We usually get a cactus blossom for an appetizer and the last couple time I notice they don’t peel the outer tan skin off which to me is not edible or I can’t chew it up.( I don’t know does anyone else eat the outer skin?) we buy the filet mignon steak dinner for our grandson and us also. I know filet mignon has some marbling but usually very little not a string of fat separating it I really honestly believe it was not a filet but maybe sirloin it really to me did t look like a filet cut of meat . We ordered it medium rare but I would say it was more rare than medium rare. The other three filet mignon that was ordered didn’t look anything like that cut he got . We have really been disappointed the last couple of times we have been there and we love Texas Roadhouse chains . Praying if we come back the quality will been improved than what it has been last couple of time we have been to Florence,SC.
