Wow. What an incredible fine-dining experience. There's not one particular aspect that makes Town Hall the best establishment in Florence; it's a multi faceted combination. Upon entering, you walk into the perfect setting: dim lights, background music, and friendly faces with warm greetings. From start to finish, Town Hall exceeds my expectations each and every time. The thoughtfulness that goes behind your table setting, to the display of the food, to the exceptional taste and presentation of every dish, Town Hall is a standout restaurant. The assistant manager-Bret Miller-goes out of his way to put tremendous thought into the table setting and turning what you thought would be another night out into a lasting memory. Jordyn is hands down the most incredible and thoughtful server I've ever encountered--she will have what you need before you even know you needed it. Anna is wonderful and you will feel as though you've met met before; she's very personable and will have you coming back just to get the chance to speak with her again. Overall, I would have to rate Town Hall as my favorite restaurant, because even the way they plate and bag your to-go food (if you have any) is top-tier. I won't recommend any dishes, because every single one of them is outstanding. Town Hall isn't just a restaurant; it feels like you're walking into a family environment with the way the managers treat and interact with their staff. I will be back again and again. Big shout out to Bret and Sara-thank you for making a simple outing an evening to remember.
Aug 30, 2026 · Google ReviewWe've been wanting to try Town Hall for a couple of years and decided to make the hour trip today on our day off. Arrived at 5 when they opened and got seated in a corner booth. It was private and had plenty of space for our party of 5. The atmospere was nice, what I would describe as heritage-chic. I ordered the watermelon mojito and it was refreshing. The flower garnished was a pretty addition. I also sampled the Garden Party and Curd Your Enthusiasm and enjoyed those as well. We had the pork skins as an appetizer. They were tasty, but we noticed them on the menu at the Dispensary upstairs and they were tossed in a honey Sriracha which would have been a nice option. We also had the cornbread which was almost cake-like in sweetness and texture. For my entree I had the seared tuna special which came with what the waitress described as a cross of rice and grits. It was like a risotto. Also came with bok choy. I should ordered the tuna more rare but that is my fault. Others in my party enjoyed the burger and the half chicken. For dessert, the chocolate butter cake with vanilla ice cream was great. The service was attentive and the place was packed by the time we left.
Jul 4, 2026 · Google ReviewWe were celebrating our son at Town Hall and could not have been more delighted. From the warm greeting at the door, to our server Anna taking amazing care of us, we had a fabulous dinner. We tried multiple appetizers, and loved them all. The deviled eggs and grilled shrimp were the favorites. Our dinners were delicious; hearty servings of carefully prepared meals that had complex flavor profiles. Thank you Brett and team!
Jul 14, 2026 · Google ReviewFrom the time we walked in the door it was a positive experience! The hostess had stepped away but a waitress sat us and said our server would be with us shortly. Lane was our server, he had a great sense of humor and was extremely professional. This was our first time & he wanted it to be a great experience. We ordered drinks, we asked for suggestions on the menu and subscriptions, which they were able to do. The food was excellent! The half chicken was delish, my husband said the Creole shrimp was outstanding! The server Lane also mentioned there was a rooftop bar, and offered to escort us up there. And the restaurant manager Brett came over to our table to ask how everything went. It was such a wonderful experience, we highly recommend eating here!
May 9, 2026 · Google ReviewIncredible dinner in Florence! We rolled into town late and caught them an hour before closing, but the service never skipped a beat. The flank steak and filet were melt-in-your-mouth delicious, rounded out by excellent scratch-made whipped potatoes and a standout wedge salad. The bartenders were awesome, and mid-meal we realized we had actually visited their upstairs lounge a decade prior. The chef even came out to check on us and personally escorted us upstairs to see how the space had been updated since our last trip. Phenomenal food and nostalgia—we’ll definitely return! Photos are from upstairs bar in August 2017 during total eclipse. It was night so no photos from this trip. The trees outside in the one photo are above the roof line now
