This 2 star is for summer travel ball, not spring college ball. This field has zero shade during morning games and little in the afternoon. Since the stands are completely aluminum, they reflect light that hits you from all sides. Be wary of wasp nests under the tables in the two small overhang galleries. Lastly, within the stadium, there is very little air movement. The wind can be blowing around the outside but will be dead still inside. All these characteristics, except the wasps, would be great on cold, early spring games, but make for a hellish summer travel ball venue. Bring extra fluids for both players and spectators, as well as fans for air movement. In all fairness, I have to make note that the field itself, field maintenance, and facilities are fantastic and hit far above this small university's weight!
