I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews of this place but opted to give it a try. Sis, their house made, hand-cut, french fries are absolutely amazing. I asked for mine well-done, extra crispy, and they more than obliged my request. I was taking my order home to eat, and I know that sealing crispy fries into a Styrofoam container can make them soggy, so I went ahead and opened up a little to allow it to vent on the way. They were still amazing when I reached home. The burger, which I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, was huge. I was expecting two very thin patties, and I could not have been more wrong. They were cooked well, very flavorful, and the order was prepared exactly as I requested. The only thing that I am not a huge fan of is their bun which has a bit of sweet taste. This place is seriously underrated.

Ok, I'm super picky and there's no way this shouldn't be a 5 or super high 4. THIS — this is what an all-American cheeseburger is supposed to be like. The beef is great, seasoned just right and cooked to order perfectly. It's just exactly the way I want a classic cheeseburger to taste, perfect flat top grilling with cheese melting into the beef perfectly, nestled in a soft classic bun. Simple, classic. Pictured here is the double cheeseburger. Next trip there, I'm trying the dog and fries as well. I love this place, SUPER clean, safe, and the people are great and take pride in their store. There is ZERO doubt the owner invests time and effort in a safe, great and predictable experience. NOT to forget to mention, the gas is super clean and ethanol-free, at no additional premium for the ethanol-free. It's always where I fill up when stopping through. This is a true neighborhood store. You can feel good about your family stopping in. It's my go-to for any trip through Florence. If I lived there, I'd be 3 three times a week, and eating burgers on the sly. Do NOT miss their cheeseburger, it's the sleeper of the century. SPOT ON!

This place has delicious cheeseburgers, hot off the grill, and hand cut fries. The interior of the place is very clean and is nice to sit in and enjoy your meal. The staff is so friendly and welcoming & seem to know everyone by name. What a great place! I'll be back, for sure.

The cashier that was there today is lacking all customer service skills. Straight up Kurt with me and was totally rude to a man that came in after me. He actually walked right back out after she said, “I just work here”. I was scared to even ask her for ketchup for my fries after how she snarled at me during my order which was $17.50 for a cheeseburger, fries, and one pork chop. I didn’t even get a drink. When I returned to work I was asking for ketchup and told coworkers and they said, “oh, I know exactly which one”. If they know, then management knows. We cannot be the only ones who’s felt her bad vibes just for purchasing things there. It’s unacceptable to be so rude that customers are afraid to ask for things they specifically came in there to buy.
