My visit was terrible on W. Lucas st. I pulled up to the intercom, expecting to hear the automated greeting, but nope, the greeting I received was “go head with yo orda” so I paused a little and said “ well hey how are you? I will be using the 5098” the cashier once again replied saying “go head with yo orda “ i then started ordering, thinking she put my code in then after ordering she asked for my code again so I gave it to her & she said it’s not working, so I gave it to her again & she raised her voice & then told me my total was $14 something so i said ok that will be all…no response, i repeated it again, then I asked if I should head to the first window & she said “yea” I got to the window, she blurted out my total, so then i said, well hello how are you, then she said I’m good & you? I showed her my code that I had & she told me “ yea it’s not working “ then I asked her if Mark is the one who is over this store, she said she doesn’t know no Mark, I asked her for her name, she said “Jinaija” with an I don’t care attitude. So I asked who is the owner then she said ok that”Arnett” so I told ok great, I am familiar with them I used to work for them, as I pulled to the second window, I told the manager in charge about things and he said he understood my complain and that she had numerous of complaints…to my knowledge like I told him, I’m old school McDonald’s, I used to work these restaurants to the fullest and I know for sure Arnett and Wanda James don’t allow the disrespect! My ticket number was 1334 on 5/21/2026 at 2:21am

One of the maintenance guys, I think his name was Tracy, saved my husband's life by responding to his pleas for help after he passed out behind a row of cars where he was hidden from me. His quick response in finding me inside the McDonalds allowed my husband to survive the massive blood clots in his lungs that all the doctors say he shouldn't have survived. Three other employees came out to help me call for 911 and give them the location. I went back to thank Tracy and the one who talked to 911, but didn't find the other 2. I want to thank all 4 who helped me that day. I went back to this McDonalds at least 3 times while he was in the hospital and I found the food and service to be excellent.

Best food I've had at any McDonald's location in a long time. Burger made fresh, fries made fresh. Order came out quickly. Staff is friendly. The crew working from 12:00pm-1-00pm on 4/23/26 deserves a raise.
