The waitress was nice and attentive. The manager came by and greet the customers. In the past, I ordered the pork chop, which usually has two pork chops with the entree. Now, they have one 16 oz pork chop. It was well seasoned, but I prefer two 8 oz pork chop. It can get dry if you trying to cook the pork chop completely. There was only one side with all entree. I hope they change back to the old menu, because I only go to Percy and Willie to get their pork chop.

We had a party of 9 today and they were definitely on it, despite how busy they were. Everything came out super fast and fresh and our waitress Britton H was awesome. Definitely give this place a try if you haven't already!

The good: The food was pretty tasty. And I know this isn’t really a place for vegetarians, but both my vegetarian parents left full. The food came out quickly and they let me make some pretty annoying changes to my food and gladly made it. The bad: The service is TERRIBLE. Every single person we spoke to in that building was rude, had a disgusted look on their face, and the hostess will ignore you because her lip gloss fell out of her pocket. Tables sat dirty after customers left for 15-20 minutes, even when there was a wait for tables. The manager/ owner that was there was going around to every table and chatting with the customers, but noticeably skipped our table and the two black families that were seated at the back of the dining area. Not a big deal, but just something to note for the kind of atmosphere to expect. Come here if you want good food, cooked and served by grumpy, ignorant staff. Kinda like Waffle House.

Thursday night was amazing so much so went back the very next t night but there was a significant difference which came with much disappointment as I was expecting the same service and definitely the same quality and freshness of my food. It was a 50.00 meal that was served cold food seemed old and customer service I’m not going to mention but I will say in the servers defense me and my party of two sat at the bar and after addressing our disappointment with the manager regarding food and service she explained that the bar is intended for serving drinks but I feel it not robbery to tell you we were also told alcohol is not yet being served so to me I understand the intent for the bar however if you are a server at the bar if you seated at the bar does that justify poor customer service does that mean your only expectation should be to get drinks and if this is indeed the case perhaps food should not be and option at the bar just my thought. I’m not mention the wait as we waited an hour and half the previous night the food and service were so exceptional the night before we did not mind the wait so this is not about the wait but indeed about the experience and food quality

I was truly pleased to see this Florence classic return, and it absolutely delivered. From perfectly executed steaks, every dish reflected exceptional quality and attention to detail. Meghan, the bartender, elevated the evening with beautifully crafted cocktails and impeccable service. Her attentiveness enhanced my dinning experience.
