I had a pair of shoes develop a big hole in the toe after 3 months of light wear. I contacted rack room corporate for a detailed receipt because I had used the rewards program and planned to reach out to the shoe company directly. They asked for pictures and sent me in to get a replacement pair. The lady and gentleman were so helpful at the Florence store and gave me no issues whatsoever. Thank you guys. You were great!

Love going to rec room shoes. They have a huge selection of all kinds of shoes shoes. Was looking for a nice pair of comfortable leather loafers and was able to find them in the clearance section had many other kinds that I was looking for and would love to have. But can't afford just yet.
