I had an amazing experience at Batteries Plus in Florence thanks to Jared! My phone screen was completely cracked, and he was able to get it repaired quickly and professionally. Jared was patient, knowledgeable, respectful, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help me instead of making me wait several more days, and my phone looks great now. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help. Highly recommend asking for Jared if you ever need assistance!

Went to go get a new battery and they changed it no problems then i needed a new key fob so i ordered it rook it to them and my dawg Jarrett said i got you my man and got it done in 25 minutes they have never given me nothing but good things to say and deserve more credit!!! Go visit them asap for any battery needs!!!!!!
