ATTENTION BOJANGLES MANAGEMENT: I need to file a very Southern complaint about the crew today. 😂 Now listen… my order was wrong at first, and I was fully prepared to do the deep sigh, pull into a parking spot, and mentally prepare myself for disappointment. BUT before I could even get worked up, the staff fixed it quickly, apologized kindly, and had me back on the road with fresh food and good attitudes. And somehow they still managed to be sweeter than the tea. 🥤 The chicken was hot, the biscuits were soft enough to heal emotional damage, and the customer service was so polite it caught me off guard. Mistakes happen, but the way your team handled it deserves recognition because good customer service is getting rarer than a Bojangles fry left in the bag by the time you get home. 😭 Whoever was working today deserves a raise and an extra biscuit. #Bojangles #SouthernHospitality #CustomerServiceStillExists #BlessTheirHearts #BiscuitMinistry
