The sushi is absolutely wonderful. However I also got a side of fried rice, but the rice is not fried. It taste like they just added soy sauce to the water when they steamed the rice and called it fried rice so incredibly disappointing. I will probably try other things going forward because again the sushi is amazing but the rise is such a basic side that I was really craving, and it completely felt short.

Great place. The food was great quality, clean, soda was mixed right, and I like that they didn't use typical chain radio music for the background. It was relaxing jazz while we were there.

We got a takeout order and tried calling, but the line disconnected right away. I don’t think their phone is working consistently. I do wish they had an online ordering website, as that would make it much easier for customers to order ahead. I ended up going in to place the takeout order. The food was not bad. It wasn’t amazing, but it’s definitely a decent sushi option in Florence, SC. My only complaint, and the reason I’m giving 4 stars, is that there was way too much rice. We ended up taking out quite a bit of rice from the rolls and sushi. I think going a little lighter on the rice would be better, and it might even be better for the business in the long run. Even with less rice, I think the prices are very reasonable. Overall, we had a good experience with not much negativity. We’ll definitely try it again next time, and I’ll probably mention to the employees that going a little lighter on the rice would be nice!
