Good evening All My name is Marty Massey and I’m the Pastor at Northgate Baptist Church in Florence South Carolina! Today we planned a family fun day at our church! My wife and I purchased many all beef Oscar Meyer hot dogs for this event. After we realized the Lord sent rain the event was canceled. We returned the hot dogs for a refund at Sam’s Club and they made us aware that our credit card would be credited but they couldn’t resale the hot dogs. I just wanted to recognize Sam’s as being a stand up company and refunding our money but truly showed they were a Stand Up company.by refunding our money and Sam’s Club taking the loss in which I had no idea they couldn’t resale this product. My hats off to Sam’s Club

A Shout Out to both Louwanda and Jose at the Florence, SC Sam's Club Tire Center. Traveling north from Florida on 95 Sunday, April 26th, we picked up a nasty screw in a rear tire. Thankfully, we were able to reach Sam's a hour before tire center closed. We were so greatful for the Team that replaced our two rear tires so quickly so we could continue on our journey. (They were due.) Got the two front done at Sam's Club up north in the next week. Thank you Lou wanna and Jose! Bob and Deb

We have been coming here for a long time.. I am a member and have a credit card here.. today we had two of the door exit people jump in our cart as we were trying to leave and act like we were stealing.. it was extremely embarrassing!!! I have never been treated like that in my life… if I feel the need to shop at Sam’s Club I will go to Myrtle beach. ***update manager has reached out to us and did explain not a common practice and will talk with employees involved.. thank you

More enjoyable since more help in the Cafe and workers aren't raising cane from lack of help or stressed out with an attitude. Great to see more larger TV's. Need better name brand, updated, higher end laptops. Furniture needed to try out. Recliner chairs. One worked one torn. Price of meat too high.
