One of my favorite locations. I always find good deals. The shoes are of good quality. Prices are reasonable and you won't break your bank. The staff are always friendly and professional. If by chance the location doesn't have the shoe, they are absolutely nice plus courteous in finding a nearby store that has the shoe. The staff make you feel welcome. I love returning because of the deals and positive environment

I absolutely love this particular Shoe Show mainly because of the great employees at this one. They had some not so great employees in the past but maybe upper management is finally getting their act together when it involves hiring. The Mega Store in Lake City is unmatched in customer service simply because I've never had a less than eager associate helping me in the few short years they've been at that location. As far as inventory is concerned, of course Lake City has Florence South by a country mile, but what can you expect when it is after all a Mega Store !
