Outstanding Service Even in an Ice Storm! We had an awesome experience at Zaxby’s yesterday, right in the middle of an ice/snow storm. Even with the rough weather, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and welcoming. You could tell they were doing everything they could to take great care of everyone who braved the storm to come out. What really stood out was the management. They went above and beyond by handing out cookies to kids and thanking families for coming in despite the weather. That small gesture made a big impression and turned a simple meal into a genuinely memorable moment. The food was great as always, but it was the people that made this visit special. Huge kudos to the whole team for keeping such a positive, customer-first attitude during tough conditions. This is exactly why we keep coming back. Well done, Zaxby’s! 👏

Ordered on line for 6 piece snack go large. Of course I had a 10 minute wait because my order wasn’t ready. Get Home. I got 5 pieces and regular fries. Called the restaurant and if I go back out in the pouring rain, bring the food they will correct my order.
