It was short notice that I decided I wanted a new bed. I called the store ahead of time and asked quite a few questions. Yone seemed very knowledgeable and was very helpful on the phone so I took a chance and went up to the store. I’m sure glad I did. I knew basically what I wanted and I knew what the online sale prices were. I was able to get exactly what I wanted. As a bonus, the adjustable frame was on sale for about the same as the regular basic frame! My luck, they had both items in stock and I was able to get them the same day. Lawanda was amazing, she deserves all the praise 👏 The other gentlemen working with her, I did not like, and then you compare them to one another, no competition! Lawanda was so pleasant, gave us great recommendations, talked us through everything, and was so efficient. We got a mattress that we ended up exchange because we just felt it never really broke in and was very stiff, she was even so understanding and helpful with that. I sincerely will come back here versus a competitor soley because of how fantastic Lawanda treated us! Thank you so much!
