I called and spoke with a male associate on the phone this evening concerning a return. Verified store was open and the return policy. Loaded my large return into my vehicle and drove 20 minutes across town to make the return. Got to the store -- other customers there trying to enter-- store doors locked at 7:03pm. Online hours say open until 9:00pm and door states the closing time is 9:00pm. I called the store back and associate laughed and said " the store is closed , I thought you knew, I remember talking to you 😆 I'm sorry" ?What? How rude and inconsiderate! ****** I have been back in the store a few times since my negative experience and enjoyed shopping. Store is clean and orderly. Associates were attentive and helpful. I changed my review from 2 stars based off previous experience to 4 stars.

My wife and I purchased two beautiful chairs for our reading room. They are very comfortable and have been made with outstanding workmanship. Ms Dixie was not only extremely professional but, friendly beyond expectations. We both would highly recommend anyone in the market to stop by the Florence Kirkland’s and take a look around. We not only got what we were looking for but, ended up saving over $400.00 in the process!!!
