I went by here today to get some ice cream for my kids while we walked around the farmers market. I asked the two ladies there if I could buy a double scoop of ice cream and have it separated into two separate bowls for them. They agreed without hesitation, no issue. Until it got time to pay, and the two ladies stood within arms length of me saying things like “he got more ice cream than he asked for because we split it up, we need to charge him for two single scoops”, “I should’ve just said no”, “why would he even ask that” and so on — mind you, again, they are arms length away from me and I can hear everything they are saying about me, and they did not care one bit. I ended up paying the higher price anyways because they told the guy at the register to charge me the higher price even though that’s not what we had agreed to initially. Just a very rude, inappropriate, unprofessional, and unnecessary reaction to such a small situation. We will not be spending another dime here.
