Bullard Retaurants3 stars for me and my out of town business. When checked in requested late check out last day of my stay. Told the front desk i would be laying down between 4 and 5 am each morning. On last day called to front desk to ensure late check out. Which is normally 12. Was told they didn't have enough staff to fulfill the request. Simple enough if my room was the last to clean that would have provided me enough rest. Now on 5 hours of rest if that. Thank you Hilton.

John VentiWe were not greeted upon arrival. 10hrs of driving. We walked into the smell of Marijuana at 10pm. The room #508 was not clean as I would like. Every corner had dirt build up in the bathroom. The base of the beds were squeaky and crumbs in the sides where the mattress sits on. The bed Sham/skirts smelled like dog. There was someone's hair on the toilet cover..not ours. Beds are aweful. my back is killing me. The overall look when we walked in room was not clean. I never write bad reviews but this needed to be done for others that care as much as we do. Sorry Tru get your staff on board. Did not have time for photos.

CatWhat a pleasant surprise! Right off I95. Room was spotless. No dirty, smelly rugs to contend with, huge plus! Beds were very comfortable. Clean towels and shower!! Check-In & out was done in minutes by the friendly receptionist! Highly recommend

Yvonne SettembrinoVery clean, loved the lobby.... they have a pool table and gym and breakfast was pretty good. I am really impressed with tru. Also really comfy bed and I loved the pillows.
