Linda JohnsonA bit on the pricier side however the room was clean and provided a safe place to sleep which when you are on a roadtrip is priceless!! Employees were excellent my only feedback would be on the breakfast. Listen, this is truly a first world problem however the ice cold hard boiled eggs made them impossible to peel, potatoes were hard and sausage was gray'ish. Definitely not the picture portrayed on the signage. My granddaughter had hoped for a pancake or waffle maker. The employees handling the breakfast area were awesome and super friendly!

Enedys LacheOur experience at this hotel was good in terms of the room. Comfortable bed and pleasant smell in the room. Location is very good! At breakfast, the experience was bad. I had never been to a hotel where there was no coffee at breakfast. Empty pots, empty coffee jars and very few options for breakfast. A few fruits, cereal, breads and orange juice. I think they could improve for a better experience! But thank you for all the good that we have!

AmandaThe Spark by Hilton, was a nice comfortable stay. The hotel appeared on the fuller side but I didn’t hear anyone in the hallways. The breakfast was basic but decent, and there is a Krispy Kreme right across the street. The room was huge, and the A/C worked great. It was easy to access from 95 South and about a 10 minute drive from Buc-ee’s, headed south that is. I would definitely stay here again.

Nicole RatnerLocation is great off 95 and while the hotel is newer we had a couple issues with our room that didn't get resolved. We stopped on a long drive as a quick overnight. The first issue was that we had some type of food stuck to our floor that looked like a large bug so we cleaned that up. Again we arrived late after 10:00pm check in and our younger ones went immediately to sleep. While my husband and I got ready for bed and dealt with the food issue we found we then went to go to sleep. When we pulled down the top cover of the bed and sheet we found a yellow (what looked like urine type yellow) stain on the bed sheet in the middle of the headboard area. I immediately called down to the front desk. They only offered to deliver us an entire new set of sheets. We didn't want to disrupt our children so we covered it back up with the top sheet, towel and put a pillow over it. The front desk gentleman was very nice and said no manager on duty until Monday so I said I would get the information. The next morning upon early check out I showed the woman our photos at the front desk she was delightful and disgusted. She gave me a contact name and email and number and I followed up immediately upon our return and still haven't heard back. I'm a higher level hilton member so that definitely is disappointing. Also the breakfast was empty when we got down there. Cereal area was a mess, no eggs left at all. Should be noted 'while supplies last'. I think next time I'll find a different property to stay at.

Jonathan JonesFirst, I would like to start off by saying overall the staff oh my God, Miss Venus in the kitchen was so friendly so amazing so hospital that I wish I can give this place 100 stars. It's my first time coming to South Carolina Florence to be exact. And for being on budget, this hotel was amazing plus the service. I'm definitely coming back to book with you guys over and over every time I visit Florence.
